Sunday night pizza.
I'm getting ever closer to my perfect vegan pizza. A mash of tofu and pasta sauce made a nice blend without being watery. Olives make up for the saltiness of cheese. Red pepper gives it flavor. Roasted garlic gives a mellow touch.

My crust-forming leaves something to be desired though. It's not what you'd call "round."
