Sesame Soba Noodles

Dinner was alright this evening. I think I over-cooked the soba noodles, even though the instructions said 6 minutes. (I think they were cooked at 3.)



Anyway, just a quick toss together of soba noodles, thin carrot slices, edemame, and snow peas in boiling water, with green onion and shredded bok choy added near the end. All was drained, tossed in an organic sesame dressing from the grocery store, and topped with sesame seeds.

It was ok, although I would have preferred firmer noodles. My fault on that.
