I can take no credit for these. The people at Krupp (a construction company that owns my apartment building) or else someone else in the neighborhood is decorating Krupp's fiberglass cow where Atwood Ave and Williamson St merge. It's changed with every holiday. Presidents' Day she got a stove-pipe hat.
As for why they have a cow there at all? Well, art cows were sponsored last year as a fund raiser for something or other, and Krupp either sponsored one or bought one at the auction. It's fitting though. Krupp's office is in the old brick horse barn of the Kennedy Dairy.
