Snack time

I love grocery shopping now and buying foods with one ingredient.

Take for example, coming home from yoga and wanting a snack, knowing that dinner with Jeff's parents might result in some less than stellar vegan options depending on the restaurant. I opened the fridge and pulled out a mango. I pulled out some strawberries. No weird chemicals or preservatives, just slice and eat.

So easy! And nothing with multiple syllables and crazy chemicals. I sort of wonder why I haven't done this all along, both being vegan and just eating less processed junk.
