Pepper Pizza
I wasn't feeling well last night, but still sort of regained consciousness long enough to make pizza for dinner. (Jeff helped a lot.)
Olive oil, zuchinni, tomatillo, tomato, red/yellow/orange sweet peppers, herbs, shallots, and roasted garlic on a homemade wheat crust.

It's a sort of spicy green fruit. Wikipedia explains better than I can. You've probably had some if you've ever had a salsa verde.
