
Step one: Open package of pre-made polenta. I was coming home after work and also had a cake to bake, so I wasn't going to putz with making my own polenta. Did I cut a big corner there? Yes. Would someone who's never had polenta notice? No. Did I care since the packaged stuff was goof-proof and tasted just fine? No.

The final product, with polenta, egg plant, garlic spinach, cherry tomatoes, asparagus, and adobo chili pepper sauce:

For dessert I made the Chocolate Bomb Pudding Cake from the Post Punk Kitchen. I think I screwed up quite a bit, as it was a runny mess, but it tasted great.
