Faux meat.

Merde.

I just wrote a long rant about faux meat, the fact that vegan food really isn't expensive (and faux meats being no more pricey than their real meat convenience food counterparts), the idea of these items as comfort foods for me, and why omnivores would rather view vegan diets as expensive as a way to rule out being vegan ("oh it's so spendy and elitist!") and then Firefox crashed. I tried to take a screen capture and got nada.

It was cogent and good and yet it is gone. I'm going to curl up with The China Study now and pout.

Maybe later I'll head down to my parents' to work on some photos for this page (on a fully functioning computer) since inclement weather has canceled our trip to the Twin Cities.
