I'll admit, this was a 10 minute cook time, Noodles and Co. rip off. Penne pasta (cooked), tomato/onion/garlic/spinach/mushrooms sauteed up with olive oil, a liberal splash of balsamic vinegar into the pan with the drained penne, salt, pepper, and it was done.
And that's chocolate almond milk in my Mac mug, just in case you were wondering.
And then Jeff's band (The Hat Party) played a show at the King Club with Coup De Foudre and Whore Du Jour.
