

OMG. These are oozy, gooey, chewy... I can't wait to try the variation with dried cherries. Now I'm stuffed with chocolate and soy milk on top of dinner. I'll need to roll out of bed in the morning at this rate.
Sadly, my pie on Saturday didn't turn out as well. The liquids never set up and the rhubarb didn't soften. I guess I just have to wait until the spring and use fresh, not forzen.
