On the docket this weekend:
1. Green vegetable curry w/ brown rice for dinner tonight.
2. BBQ seitan for lunch this weekend (and into next week if it last that long.) I've got the organic cola, vegan Worcestershire sauce... (I got the brand I did because there's a wizard on the label.)
3. Make a pie with those apples beginning to shrivel up in the fridge.
4. Clean the fridge. (We've got more condiments that actual food now!)
5. Write a thank you to Woodman's for carrying my favorite flavor of Temptation now. Especially since Whole Foods has stopped carrying their products all together in the midwest.
6. Write a letter to Andy as we share some tastes in music (Minus the Bear) and hopefully cheer him a bit. (As much as mail from strangers can mean much.)
7. Clean my apartment. (I say that every weekend.)
8. Catch up on my sleep.
9. Begin counting the days until the Farmer's Market is back on the Square.
